Thirteenth child of Daniel and Nancy Ingram Ross, D. Lee married Bettie Ingram and built Ross Fox Farm in the Elamsville area of Patrick County. The farm was a training area for Company D of the 51st Virginia Infantry C.S.A. He was the grandfather of Betsy Ross Miers, Martinsville, VA Reader (IP Address: 67.143.102.129) Comment: My wife and I now live in the Ross home in Buffalo Ridge. We are still doing "in-progress" painting, repairs, etc. I did have the pleasure of meeting Betsey & Louise a few years ago when they drove by and then stopped to say hello.
